Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ecomatic.com.bd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ecomatic.com.bd website (“Website”) and the purchase and use of the Business Report Plugin and the Order Management Plugin (collectively, the “Plugins” or “Service”) sold by Ecomatic.com.bd (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. License and Intellectual Property

1.1 Ownership

The Plugins, the Website, and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Ecomatic.com.bd, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

1.2 Grant of License

Upon purchasing a Plugin, Ecomatic.com.bd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Plugin on a single website domain that you own or manage, unless a multi-site license is explicitly purchased.

1.3 Restrictions

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the Plugin or your license key.
  • Sharing your license key with any third party who is not involved in the management of your licensed website.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Plugin.
  • Using the Plugin on a website other than the one specified in your license, unless explicitly permitted by your license type.

2. Payment, Subscriptions, and Automatic Renewals

2.1 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency specified on the Website. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

2.2 Subscriptions and Renewals

  • Plugin licenses are sold on a subscription basis (e.g., annual).
  • Unless you opt out of auto-renewal, your license subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period at the then-current standard rate.
  • You will be notified of the upcoming renewal before the charge.
  • You may cancel the automatic renewal process at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team prior to the renewal date.

3. Support and Updates

3.1 Technical Support

We provide technical support for the Plugins for the duration of an active license subscription. Support is intended to cover bug fixes, general guidance on Plugin usage, and issues that prevent the Plugin from functioning as advertised. We do not provide support for general platform (e.g., WordPress) questions, third-party conflicts, or custom coding requests.

3.2 Updates

We release updates periodically, which may include new features, enhancements, or critical security fixes. You are entitled to receive these updates for the duration of your active license subscription. Failure to renew your license will result in the cessation of updates and support.

4. Refund Policy

Purchases of Plugins are subject to our separate Refund Policy, which can be found on our Website. By purchasing a Plugin, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of that policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ecomatic.com.bd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and Plugins are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Ecomatic.com.bd expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and course of performance.

Ecomatic.com.bd does not warrant that:

  • The Plugins will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any particular time or location.
  • The Plugins are free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • The results of using the Plugins will meet your requirements.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
