Thank you for purchasing the Business Report Plugin and/or the Order Management Plugin from Ecomatic.com.bd. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As our products are digital software licenses (plugins), our refund policy is designed to address the unique nature of these goods.

1. Our 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all plugin purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for a valid reason (e.g., the plugin does not function as advertised, or you encounter a persistent issue that we cannot resolve), you may request a full refund within 15 calendar days of the original purchase date.

2. Eligibility for a Full Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Limit: The refund request must be submitted within the 15-day period following the purchase date.
  • Proof of Issue: You must provide clear evidence (e.g., screenshots, error logs, or video proof) demonstrating that the plugin is defective, contains significant bugs, or fails to perform the core functions as described on Ecomatic.com.bd.
  • Cooperation: You must first allow our technical support team a reasonable opportunity (typically 48–72 business hours) to diagnose and resolve the issue you are experiencing. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund will be granted.
  • License Deactivation: Upon receiving a refund, you agree to immediately deactivate and uninstall the plugin and delete all associated files and data. Your license key will be permanently deactivated.

3. Cases Where a Refund Will NOT Be Granted

Please note that we do not grant refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of Mind: You simply change your mind, decide you no longer need the plugin, or purchased it by mistake.
  • Lack of Technical Skill: You lack the necessary technical knowledge or inability to make the plugin work due to your specific website configuration (unless the configuration issue is a documented incompatibility).
  • Conflict with Third-Party Plugins/Themes: The plugin conflicts with other third-party software installed on your website that are outside of our control (unless the conflict is with a widely used, major piece of software).
  • Feature Requests: You assumed the plugin included a feature that was not explicitly listed on the product page.
  • Renewals: Requests for a refund on automatic license renewals will not be granted if the request is made more than 7 days after the renewal transaction date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”.
  3. In the body of the email, please include:
    • Your Full Name.
    • The Order Number of the purchase.
    • The Date of Purchase.
    • A Detailed Explanation of why you are requesting a refund and the issue you encountered.
    • Any relevant screenshots or documentation.

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and approved:

  • We will process the refund within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account, as processing times vary.
